Refund & Digital Products Policy

This policy explains how Nadom I.T Solutions handles refund requests, payment issues, digital-product delivery and secure access to digital resources.

Last updated: 23 August 2026

1. About This Policy

This Refund & Digital Products Policy applies to eligible products and services purchased directly from Nadom I.T Solutions where online or direct purchasing is available.

It explains how we handle refund requests, duplicate or incorrect payments, unsuccessful transactions, digital delivery problems and access to protected digital products.

Products or publications displayed on our website may not always be available for immediate purchase. Information about an upcoming publication does not constitute an offer for immediate sale unless a purchasing option is expressly made available.

2. Payment Verification

Where online payment is available, a transaction must be successfully confirmed or verified before a product, service or protected digital resource is treated as paid.

Nadom I.T Solutions may use an authorised third-party payment provider such as Paystack to process and verify transactions.

A payment notification, screenshot or debit alert alone may not constitute final confirmation where the transaction has not been successfully verified by the applicable payment system.

3. Failed or Unsuccessful Payments

If a payment attempt is unsuccessful or cannot be verified, digital access will normally not be granted.

If your bank, card issuer, mobile-money provider or other payment method shows a debit for a transaction that our payment system reports as unsuccessful, please contact us and provide the relevant transaction reference.

Depending on the payment provider, unsuccessful transactions may also be automatically reversed by the relevant financial institution or payment service.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same intended purchase, please contact Nadom I.T Solutions as soon as reasonably possible.

We will review the relevant transaction references and payment records. Where a genuine duplicate payment is confirmed, the duplicate amount may be refunded through an appropriate payment method, subject to applicable payment-provider procedures.

5. Incorrect Payment Amounts

If an incorrect amount is charged because of a verified technical or processing error, please contact us with the transaction reference and details of the issue.

We will investigate confirmed discrepancies and take appropriate corrective action where necessary.

6. Digital Products and eBooks

Digital products may include eBooks, electronic publications, downloadable resources, educational materials or other electronically supplied content.

Where a digital product is available for purchase, access may be provided after successful payment verification.

Digital purchases provide an authorised right to access or use the relevant product according to the applicable terms. They do not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

7. Secure Digital Access

Nadom I.T Solutions may protect digital products using secure links, temporary access tokens, payment references, authentication systems or other technical controls.

Secure links or access credentials may expire after a limited period for security and content-protection purposes.

Expiration of a temporary security link does not necessarily mean that a valid purchase has been cancelled. Where appropriate, a verified purchaser may contact us for assistance with legitimate access.

8. Digital Product Delivery Problems

If you have successfully paid for an available digital product but cannot access it because of a technical problem, please contact us before submitting a refund request where reasonably possible.

We may first attempt to resolve the problem by confirming the transaction, restoring authorised access, issuing replacement access instructions or correcting the technical issue.

If we are unable to provide a purchased digital product after successful payment and reasonable attempts to resolve the problem, a refund may be considered where appropriate.

9. Refunds for Digital Products

Because digital products may be delivered or made accessible shortly after payment, refund eligibility may differ from refunds for physical goods.

Refund requests may be reviewed based on factors including whether access has already been supplied, whether the content has been downloaded or accessed, whether a technical failure prevented delivery, and the reason for the request.

A change of mind after successful delivery or access to a digital product may not automatically qualify for a refund, subject always to applicable consumer-protection rights.

10. Situations That May Qualify for Review

A refund or other corrective action may be considered in circumstances such as:

  • A confirmed duplicate payment for the same intended transaction.
  • A confirmed incorrect charge caused by a technical or processing error.
  • Successful payment for a digital product that Nadom I.T Solutions is unable to provide.
  • A material technical problem that prevents legitimate access and cannot reasonably be resolved.
  • Cancellation or non-provision of an eligible service for which payment has already been received.
  • Other circumstances where a refund is required by applicable law.

11. Situations That May Not Qualify

Subject to applicable law, a refund may not normally be available where:

  • A digital product has been successfully delivered and accessed as intended.
  • The purchaser simply changes their mind after receiving authorised digital access.
  • Access problems result from incorrect information supplied by the purchaser and can reasonably be corrected.
  • A user attempts to circumvent digital-access protections or violates the applicable licence or Terms & Conditions.
  • The request relates to circumstances outside the scope of the original purchase.

12. Services, Training and Consultancy

Refund and cancellation arrangements for consultancy, technical services, training or other professional engagements may depend on the specific service, work already performed, resources committed, scheduling and any separate agreement or quotation.

Where separate cancellation or refund terms are provided for a particular engagement, those terms will apply to that engagement.

13. Institutional Purchases

Bulk purchases, institutional licences, educational arrangements, book adoption, training programmes and other organisation-level transactions may be governed by a separate quotation, purchase order, licence or written agreement.

Where separate written terms apply, the refund and cancellation provisions contained in those terms will take precedence for that transaction.

14. How to Request a Refund Review

To request review of a payment or refund issue, contact Nadom I.T Solutions and provide enough information for us to locate and investigate the transaction.

Where applicable, please provide:

  • Your full name.
  • The email address used for the purchase.
  • The product or service purchased.
  • Your payment or transaction reference.
  • The date of the transaction.
  • A clear explanation of the problem or reason for the request.

Please do not send full payment-card numbers, PINs, passwords or other sensitive authentication information through the contact form or ordinary email.

15. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be processed using an appropriate available payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer or other financial institution involved.

Once a refund has been submitted to the applicable payment system, the time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account may be outside the direct control of Nadom I.T Solutions.

16. Fraud and Misuse

Nadom I.T Solutions may refuse or investigate requests involving suspected fraud, payment abuse, unauthorised transactions, manipulation of secure-access systems or other misuse.

Nothing in this section prevents a legitimate cardholder or account holder from reporting a genuinely unauthorised transaction.

17. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection legislation.

Where mandatory consumer rights apply to a transaction, those rights will continue to apply regardless of this policy.

18. Changes to This Policy

Nadom I.T Solutions may update this policy when necessary to reflect changes to our products, payment systems, digital delivery methods, business practices or applicable requirements.

The latest version will be published on this page with the relevant updated date.
