Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Nadom I.T Solutions website, services, educational resources and digital products.
Last updated: 23 August 2026
1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply when you access or use the Nadom I.T Solutions website, submit an enquiry, request a consultation, register an interest in training, communicate with us, purchase a product or service where purchasing is available, or access educational and digital resources made available through the website.
By using this website or purchasing an available product or service, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the relevant website service or complete a purchase.
2. About Nadom I.T Solutions
Nadom I.T Solutions provides technology, educational and digital services. These may include ICT consultancy, technical support, digital solutions, educational resources, training, books, digital publications and institutional services.
The availability, scope and price of individual services or products may change from time to time.
3. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful personal, educational, professional or institutional purposes.
You must not use this website to:
- Engage in unlawful, fraudulent or misleading activity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems, accounts, servers or protected resources.
- Interfere with the operation, security or availability of the website.
- Introduce malicious software, harmful code or other disruptive technologies.
- Circumvent access controls or security mechanisms used to protect digital resources.
- Copy, redistribute or commercially exploit protected content without permission.
4. Educational Resources and Publications
Nadom I.T Solutions may make textbooks, learning materials, instructor resources, laboratory activities, assessments, digital publications and other educational resources available through the website.
Availability may depend on publication status, edition, geographic availability, licensing arrangements and the intended type of use.
Information displayed about an upcoming publication does not necessarily mean that the publication is immediately available for purchase or delivery.
5. Digital Products and eBooks
Where a digital product or eBook is available for purchase, access is provided to the purchaser for authorised personal use unless different licensing terms are expressly stated.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright, ownership or intellectual-property rights in that product to the purchaser.
Digital products must not be unlawfully copied, reproduced, uploaded, resold, distributed, shared publicly or made available through file-sharing platforms or other unauthorised systems.
6. Secure Digital Access
Nadom I.T Solutions may use temporary links, access tokens, payment verification, authentication or other technical measures to protect digital publications and resources.
Secure access links or tokens may expire after a defined period and may be restricted to an authorised purchaser, transaction, email address, device, session or other access condition.
Users must not attempt to bypass, manipulate, disable or circumvent these security controls.
7. Payments
Where online payment is available, payment processing may be provided by an independent payment service provider such as Paystack or another authorised provider.
Nadom I.T Solutions does not need to directly store your full payment-card details where payment information is securely processed by the payment provider.
A transaction is not considered successfully completed until the payment has been confirmed or verified through the applicable payment system.
Prices and currencies displayed at checkout apply to that transaction unless an obvious pricing error has occurred.
8. Orders and Availability
Products and services are subject to availability. Nadom I.T Solutions may decline, cancel or refund an order where a product is unavailable, a payment cannot be verified, an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred, or there is reasonable evidence of fraud or misuse.
Where a publication has not yet been officially released, information shown on the website may be provided for information or advance interest only.
9. Refunds and Digital Products
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the product or service, whether delivery or access has begun, the reason for the request and any applicable consumer-protection requirements.
Because digital products can be supplied or accessed immediately, refund requests relating to digital content may be subject to additional restrictions once access has been successfully provided.
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove any rights that a customer may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
10. Institutional Enquiries
Universities, colleges, TVET institutions, schools, training centres, libraries, NGOs, companies and other organisations may submit enquiries concerning book adoption, bulk purchasing, digital licensing, instructor resources, quotations or partnerships.
Submission of an institutional enquiry does not itself create a binding contract. Any formal arrangement may require a separate quotation, agreement, licence, purchase order or other written confirmation.
11. Training and Consultancy
Training, consultancy and professional-service engagements may be subject to additional terms relating to scope, scheduling, fees, deliverables, cancellations and client responsibilities.
Where separate written terms are agreed for a particular engagement, those terms will apply to that engagement in addition to these general website terms.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content, original publications, educational materials, graphics, branding, course materials, text and other original content made available by Nadom I.T Solutions are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
No content may be reproduced, republished, sold, distributed, adapted or commercially exploited without permission except where permitted by law or an applicable licence.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to third-party services including payment processors, hosting services, email providers, external retailers or other technology platforms.
Third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy policies and security practices. Nadom I.T Solutions is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party websites or services.
14. Accuracy of Information
We aim to keep information on this website accurate and current. However, website content may occasionally contain errors, omissions or outdated information.
Nadom I.T Solutions may correct, update or remove website information when necessary.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nadom I.T Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting solely from the use of, or inability to use, this website or third-party services linked from it.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
16. Privacy and Personal Information
Personal information submitted through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
17. Changes to These Terms
Nadom I.T Solutions may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes to our website, products, services, technology, business practices or legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on this page together with the updated date.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws relevant to Nadom I.T Solutions and the particular transaction or service concerned.
Mandatory rights available to customers under applicable consumer-protection or other laws are not excluded by these terms.
